How long does my hair have to be?

You should have at least stubble (2-3 millimeters) of hair growth in the area you want to work on.

Does Electrolysis hurt?

It feels different for every person. Some people don't feel it at all, and some people are very sensitive. Try to schedule your appointments for early in the morning, skip the caffeine and be sure to hydrate the day before with plenty of water. Sometimes taking Tylenol or Advil will also help.

Is Electrolysis permanent?

Yes! It does take a series of appointments, which we will go over your schedule at your consultation.

Is it ok to shave my hair in between appts?

Yes, this is the best way to deal with your hair in between appointments. You will not be able to tweeze, wax, sugar, thread or do anything that pulls the hair out of the follicle in between appointments, doing so will undo all the work we've done during our electrolysis appointments.
